1. The service
CloudSystem TV is operated by CloudPrg. It provides access to selected programme features and related support. Programme availability, supported devices, picture quality and features may vary by plan, location, device capability and content-rights restrictions.
CloudPrg makes content available only where it holds, licenses, or is otherwise authorised to provide that content. Access does not transfer ownership rights in content, software, branding or other materials.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Plans, billing and payment
The currently displayed plans are one-time, fixed-term access passes: 6 months for €49 and 1 year for €79. They do not renew automatically. The features and price shown at checkout control the purchase. Payments are processed through Volet or another provider shown at checkout; CloudPrg does not ask you to send payment credentials by email or chat.
After payment is successfully confirmed, access details are normally delivered within 5–15 minutes. We may offer recurring subscriptions in the future only where the recurring charge, interval and cancellation method are clearly shown before checkout.
4. Cancellation and refunds
For the current one-time passes, access ends when the purchased term expires and no cancellation is required. Once access has been delivered, payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a recurring plan is explicitly offered in the future, you may cancel it before the next billing date by contacting support at [email protected]; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period.
5. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access CloudSystem TV for private viewing. You may not resell, rebroadcast, publicly perform, copy, record for distribution, distribute, alter, circumvent technical controls, share access credentials, or use the service commercially without prior written permission.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may update, replace or remove programmes, features and supported devices when necessary, including where content rights expire, availability changes, or we improve the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for non-payment, suspected fraud, unauthorised use, security risk, or a breach of these Terms or the User Agreement.
