1. Information we use
We may process information you provide to create and manage your account, contact details, plan selection, customer-support messages, device and log information needed to operate the service, and viewing or feature-use information needed to provide and improve your experience.
2. Payments
Checkout is handled by our payment provider, Volet, or another provider shown at checkout. We receive the payment status and the information needed to confirm your order and provide your access pass. We do not ask you to email passwords, payment-card details, wallet keys or other payment credentials.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide the service, process subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability and recommendations where those are enabled.
4. Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate CloudSystem TV, including payment and hosting providers, or where required by law. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and security obligations.
